From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the sunset while you dine. At the opposite end of the house, there’s a cozy reading or breakfast nook with two comfortable armchairs. Thanks to the large corner panorama window, this space offers beautiful views of the pool, the sun-soaked terrace, and the peaceful lake just beyond.

Spacious Comfort – Inside and Out

On the left wing of the house, you’ll find the private master suite, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and plenty of storage for clothing and personal items. The adjoining master bathroom is filled with natural light and includes double sinks, a toilet, and a separate walk-in shower. The right wing of the house is the guest area, with two additional bedrooms and a bright bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. One guest room has a king-size bed, the other a queen-size—both with ample storage space. One of the guest rooms also includes a 42" TV, while the others are streaming-ready with connection options available. For our littlest guests, we’re happy to provide a baby travel crib (Pack 'n Play) and a high chair upon request.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

The screened outdoor area (patio) surrounding the heated pool can be accessed through large sliding doors from the living room, master bedroom, or guest bathroom. The covered terrace features a dining and lounge area with seating for six, plus two comfortable sun loungers with cushions and a cozy seating corner with a coffee table—perfect for relaxing or soaking up the sun. Thanks to the panoramic design of the white screen cage, you’ll enjoy an uninterrupted view of the lake and garden—no bars or beams in your way. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and let your soul breathe.

Extras for Your Stay

In the double garage, which is directly accessible from the house and spacious enough for a full-size car or SUV, you'll find 3 bicycles available for guest use, as well as beach gear including folding chairs, umbrellas, tools for collecting shells and shark teeth, and toys for the little ones..

Neighborhood

Rotonda West is located in Southwest Florida on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America)—about 100 miles south of Tampa and 55 miles north of Fort Myers. What makes this place truly unique is its layout: the town center is surrounded by a perfectly circular road known as "The Circle." Viewed from above, the entire community looks like a giant wheel with spokes—a one-of-a-kind design you'll find nowhere else in the world.

Villa Santorini is located on the western edge of the Circle, in the quiet and upscale neighborhood of Rotonda Heights. The area features spacious properties, plenty of open space, and a natural, unspoiled charm. Just a short drive away, you’ll reach the Gulf of Mexico and the breathtaking barrier islands like Manasota Key, located just across the Intracoastal Waterway. Here, you can enjoy every kind of water sport imaginable—or simply relax on long stretches of clean, white sand beaches. You’ll also find a great selection of restaurants and bars, many offering live music, as well as all kinds of shopping—from cozy souvenir shops to larger stores like Walmart and Publix.

Neighboring towns include Englewood to the west and Port Charlotte to the east. The scenic coastal town of Punta Gorda—also the county seat of Charlotte County—is just a short drive away via US 41 (Tamiami Trail). From Punta Gorda, you can explore the stunning islands of the Gulf and the Pine Island Sound by boat, including Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, and Useppa Island—all known for their pristine white sand beaches. Captiva Island and Sanibel are also easy to reach—either by boat or by car via Fort Myers.

Transport

As is typical in the U.S., having a car is essential—there’s virtually no public transportation outside of the larger towns, and taxis are hard to come by. However, ridesharing services like Uber work quite well in this area. The road network and overall infrastructure are excellent, making it easy to get around. Cycling is also very popular here, with many roads offering dedicated bike lanes. And if you’re looking to spend time on the water, boat rentals are available in many places—no boating license required.
